The junior high Bears hosted Van, to take on the the Vandals, Tuesday, September 31 and Thursday, October 2.

Both 7th grade teams and 8B won, while the 8A lost.

Bears 7A team won 14-6 over Van

Scoring for the Bears were Quintas Lee and Swaide Houston hauled in a touchdown from Tyler Thomison. Defensively the Bears were led by Michael Penny and Tanner Essary.

Bears 7B team took the win against Van 12-6

Scoring for the Bears were Colton Jarris and Weston Weber. Brendan Woods led the defense in tackles.

Bears 8A team fell to the Vandals 6-14

Patrick McCarthy returned an interception to the Vandal 3 yard line where Quarterback Shelby Rogers punched in the touchdown. Logan Caldwell and Miles Spencer tallied three tackles a peice on defense.

Bears 8B team beat Van 20-12

Scoring for the Bears were Tim Watters with two touchdown runs and Patrick Weist on a pass from Zack Williams. Zack McClean led the team in tackles.
