The cool weather has been a nice change this week. It brings with it the Fall Festival. We will have games, prizes, food and a hayride through Forest Grove. We hope to see all of our friends and neighbors there.

I know that our King's Kids will be excited to be here again. Last week we had 37 children attend. What an exciting time this is for us! To see this program grow every week is just amazing. We have all of the teachers in place. That should help to make everything run smoothly.

We had several folks out sick this week. It was wonderful to have Bro. Fred Bendall and Ms. Barbara back with us Sunday. The entire Bendall family has been sick with the flu. Bro. Rip Phillips has been in the hospital. It was good to have our Matlock 5 all well and present.

We want to be sure that everyone starts bringing your garage sale items; please price them first. Our garage sale will be Friday, Nov. 7 and Saturday, Nov. 8 from 7am until? We will be in the front yard if the weather permits. If the weather is bad, we will be in the back room of the church.

We welcomed the Lawhorn family this morning. It was wonderful to have them visit with us.
