The junior high 7th and 8th grade Bears played Athens, Thursday, November 6. Both 7th grade teams fell to the Hornets, while both 8th grade teams walked away with victories.

Bears 8B team shut down the Hornets with a 18-0

win.

Devante Givens, who totaled over 100-yards rushing, had two touchdown runs for the Bears and Zack Williams also had a touchdown run.

Bears 8A team defeated Athens 22-20.

Scoring for the Bears were Cesar Gutierrez, Cody Collier, Ryan Chapman, Johntae Harmon, who rushed over 100-yards, and Shelby Rogers.

Bears 7B team got their first loss of the season 0-

Defensive leaders were Donovn Baker and Weston Weber.

Bears 7A team fell to Athens 8-22

Leon Gilmore scored the only touchdown for the Bears, while Jake Boyd and Deandre Cook led the team defensively.
