David L. Malone "Cookie Man"

Services for David L. Malone "Cookie Man", 60, of Chandler were held Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2008 at 2pm, at Chandler Memorial Funeral Home with Rev. Mickey Ellis officiating.

Burial was in Chandler Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Chandler Memorial Funeral Home.

Mr. Malone passed away Jan. 6, 2008 at his residence. He was born Dec. 23, 1947 in Hillsboro, Texas

He was born and raised in the Hill Country/Lake Whitney area then moved to Chandler in 1986. He was a Christian and was employed as District Manager for Vista Bakery Company.

He loved hunting, fishing, Harley rallies, Karaoke, and Picking and Grinning around the campfire with his friends.

Survivors include a son, Matt Malone of Anna, Texas; and daughter, Kim Yancey of Battlefield, MO; and 5 grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Dennis Brooks, Terry Hilton, Glen Dykes, Kenny Adams, Tim Beggs, David Roddy Brad White and Tommy Glen.
