Mary V'Nell Gray

Services for Mary V'Nell Gray, 63, of Tyler, were held January 10, at Chandler Memorial Funeral Home with Neil Gray and Gary McGill officiating.

Burial was in Bascom Cemetery under the direction of Chandler Memorial Funeral Home.

Mrs. Gray died January 6, 2008 in Tyler. She was born November 20, 1944 in Aniston, Alabama, was a member of Truth Tabernacle in Tyler, and a homemaker.

Preceding her in death were her parents, James and Lula Mae Russell; brother, James L. Russell; and sister, Rita Tucker.

Survivors include her husband, Carl Gray, Tyler; sons, Carl, Rodney, Steven Gray and Danny Porter, all of Tyler; daughters, Karen Jackson, Tyler, and Rhonda Edwards of Murchison; sisters Patsy O'Kelly of Iron City, Alabama, Elaine Wallace and Dale Bedwell, both of Tyler, Joyce Phillips of Edom, Deborah Kidd, Tyler, Peggy Moffeit, Brownsboro; 32 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Jerry Ray Porter, David Lee, Brandon Lee, Terry Moffeit, Daniel Moffeit, and Dusty Phillips.
