The Junior Varsity Bearettes swept the week, winning games against Athens, Van and Chapel Hill by considerable margins. Montoya Hightower was the top scorer against Athens, taking home 14 points. Nicole Pickett was tops against Van with a total of 17 points. Jessy Dingler took the prize against Chapel Hill with 11 points. Varsity Bearettes

It was a rough week for the Varsity Bearettes. The first game, the Athens match, saw a narrow loss due to Athens' strong third quarter where the team scored 26 points against the Bearettes' 13.

Another loss met the Bearettes against Van, where Van consistently outscored Brownsboro.

But the team came back to win against Chapel Hill January 24 with a final score of 61- 52.
