JV Bears

Following a 39-27 loss to Canton last Tuesday the JV Bears scored 66 points in a high scoring loss to Bullard.

Falling to Bullard 72-66 the Bears fell to 10-13 on the season and 4-3 in district play.

Austin Adair led the Bears in scoring with 23 points against Bullard. Daniel Myer scored 19 points at Bullard while Ryan Cawthon scored 12 points. Myer nailed three 3-pointers while Adair hit two.

9th Bears

With back-to-back wins the Freshman Bears improved to 15-7 on the season and 5-2 in district play.

The Bears defeated Canton 32-28 last Tuesday as Ryan Owens scored 20 points. On Friday the Bears defeated Bullard 37-23.

In his 20 point effort Owens nailed three 3-pointers for the Bears. At Bullard JT Cox was hot from behind the arc as he hit two 3-pointers.

9th Bearettes

The Freshman Bearettes made a clean sweep of their district opponents last week as they defeated Canton and Bullard.

Tiffany Hurd led the Bearettes in scoring in both games with a total of 34 points.

Brownsboro defeated Canton 36-30 and Bullard 38-23 to improve to 14-11 on the season and 6-2 in district.
