Subvarsity Bears

Freshman

The Brownsboro Freshmen basketball team coached by Kent Bradley went out on top last Tuesday night as they defeated Chapel Hill 30-26.

DeAndre Taylor led the Bears in scoring at Chapel Hill with eight points. JT Cox nailed a three for the Bears.

Brownsboro finished the season with a 17 win and 8 loss record overall. In district play the Bears won seven games and lost three.

Junior Varsity

In Chapel Hill last Tuesday night the Junior Varsity Bears ended the 2007-08 basketball season with a 48-35 loss to the Bulldogs.

Daniel Myer led the Bears in scoring with 15 points. He made three 3-pointers. Austin Adair nailed two 3-pointers as part of his 13 points.

The Bears finished the season with a 10-16 overall record and a 0-10 district record.
