Martin Ellis Sledge, 67, Chandler, died February 28, 2008 in Chandler. No services are planned at this time.

Mr. Sledge was born December 6, 1940 in Houston. He served in the Army and worked as an electrician. He lived in Chandler for five years, moving from Dallas. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Sledge, Chandler; sons, Roy Sledge, San Antonio, and John Sledge, Michigan; brother, Jim Sledge, Dallas; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
