Our worship services continue to be uplifting as we worship the Lord and learn from his Word. The sanctuary is almost filled to capacity each Sunday, and we always welcome the many guests in our services.

"Casserole Care" met Monday night for dinner and preparation of food for the sick and needy. Ten ladies were in attendance.

A delicious dinner of brisket and all the trimmings was held on March 8 to welcome new members to our church family and to make them aware of the many ministries of our church. A skit was performed with "Jesus' disciples" being interviewed and telling what they had learned while traveling with Jesus. Eva Shelby also made a presentation on "blessings missed" because of our not being obedient to the Lord. Thanks to all who participated and prepared the food.

Easter Sunday morning, a drama entitled "He's Alive" will be presented in the morning worship service depicting Jesus' crucifixion and ascension. Those who are not worshiping elsewhere are encouraged to come and be in attendance for this moving drama. It will touch your heart.

The youth are enjoying a retreat at Beaver's Bend over spring break.

The Top of the Hill Gang met Friday, March 14, at the new Jalapeno Tree Restaurant for lunch and fellowship.

A garage sale was held the last two weekends with proceeds going to help fund the Guatemala Mission trip. We appreciate all who donated items and helped with the sale. The mission trip is being planned for April 16-23.

A spring retreat at Lake Louise is being planned for May 29-31. Information concerning prices/registration and speakers is posted on the bulletin board by the chuch office.

The GAs are looking forward to attending GA Camp March 28-29.

Watch for details concerning an upcoming fish fry.

We invite all those who do not have a church home and who would like to be part of a loving church family to join us in our weekly worship services and activities. There is a place for everyone. Sunday worship services include Bible study at 9:45, morning worship at 10:45, and evening worship at 6:00. On Wednesdays, there is a fellowship meal provided from 5:30- 6:30, youth Bible study, GAs and RAs at 6:15, and adult Bible study/prayer meeting at 6:30 p.m., followed by choir practice at 7:00 p.m.
