What a wonderful Easter service we had this past Sunday. We trust that you had a happy and joyous Easter. Bro. Tom preached from 1 Corinthians 15: 1-20, "The Resurrection Relationship". How well that message fit in with our theme this year. We have a relationship with Christ solely because of His death, burial, and resurrection. What a reason to celebrate!

We were so glad to see lots of visitors this Sunday. We saw so many familiar faces of those visiting family over the Easter holiday. We were blessed to have you in our services.

Our Young People went to Six Flags this past Saturday. We had a good group go and the report from the kiddos was that the day was outstanding. Thanks to Bro. Justin and Beth for having the courage to take that many kids under the age of 20! They are brave souls! Also, thanks to Bro. Paul and Holly for driving the bus. The parents sure appreciate knowing our children are safe on the trip.

We had a good group of children at the Easter Egg hunt this past Saturday. A big thank you goes out to Mr. WD Lewis for allowing us to have the hunt on his property. It is the perfect spot for a hunt and the weather was beautiful.

Our 4th Sunday Singing was a success this past Sunday night. We enjoyed hearing Savanna Griffith sing, as well as the Ramblers. We always enjoy seeing Timothy Smith participate with the Ramblers. We had many others participate, as well, and we were blessed by them all.

We will be having our 5th Sunday lunch on Sunday, March 30th following the morning services. We will have an afternoon service beginning at 2pm. We will not be having evening services on the 30th. We invite you to stay and enjoy our Sunday-best cooking.

We have many people going to the Rangers' game on Saturday, April 12th. We will be attending a Third Day concert and then the baseball game. Please watch for details on departure times coming soon.

We wish a happy birthday this week to Hopper Parker, Staci Smith, Mike Schaub and Mikah Dunklin. Have a great week.
