Hey there, Ya'All ... With all the Spring Flowers showing up, I have really been bizzy checking things out around the town. Have you noticed the new, colorful banners on the light poles? Got some news!

Keep Chandler Beautiful is going to have another famous Fish Fry with the esteemed Stanley McCurley and his famous crew at the cooker.

What: 8th Annual Fish Fry Where: Chandler Community Center

When: Sunday, April 13th from 11A.M. until 2 P.M.

Why: Because everyone has commented on the attractiveness of the street banners and we need to purchase for the remainder of the City to be sure every business has one on the light poles near their properties.

Go to church and stop by for lunch with us. You won't have to cook. Meet your friends and families for fun, visiting and the best fish you can eat. Take-outs will be available. Donations accepted.

Please consider donating 3 hours of your time a month to helping at the Chandler Recycle Center. The same people have manned this convenience for you for several years ..... bodies are getting older and more tired ..... can we have a little help from citizens with a little time on your hands? No heavy lifting to be done and lots of friendships to be made as well as the good feeling you will have for doing your part in keeping a good operation alive. It is so necessary that we recycle and take care of our environment for our children and their future families. The center is open the 1st, 3rd and 4th Wednesday and 1st Saturday of each month from 7:00 A.M. until 10:00 A.M. Thank you for considering this donation of your time 3 hours, once a month. We have been in constant operation for the past 9 years! This has been a Keep Chandler Beautiful from inception.
