Loper, Tucker unite in marriage

Christy Lynn Loper, Brownsboro, and Aaron Matthew Tucker of Sumter, South Carolina, were united in marriage March 15, 2008, at 5:00 o'clock in the afternoon in the Chapel in the Glades, a small chapel in the Smokey Mountains of Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Officiant of the doublering ceremony was Dan Saffelder.
The bride's parents are Tim and Shelia Loper of Brownsboro. She graduated Brownsboro High School and attended Tyler Junior College where she will graduate in May with a BS in Social Psychology. She is a Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force.
Parents of the groom are James and Denise Tucker of Sumter, South Carolina. He graduated Lakewood High School in Sumter and is employed as a caterpillar operator.
The bride was given in marriage by her father, Tim Loper.
The bride chose a strapless ivory gown with a corset back, embellished with beading and champagne ribbon. Her bouquet was ivory roses tied with ivory ribbon
"I Need You" was sung by Tim McGraw and Faith Hill during the lighting of the Unity Candle.
After a wedding trip to Puerto Morales, Mexico, the couple resides at Clyde, Texas, near Abilene.
