Chick-Fil-A is hosting a Spirit Night for the Golden Girls Drill Team. Go to the Chick-Fil-A on S. Broadway on Monday, April 7 between 5-9pm. When you order tell them your are there to support the Golden Girls or give them your spirit card. The Golden Girls will receive 15% of the profits.

The Lone Star Republican Women of Henderson County is taking applications for their 2008 scholarship. This is available to a qualified applicant to provide financial assistance and support toward the education/training of a single working mother trying to improve her and her children's future.
