Baby Dedication Service: Nine (9) babies were dedicated during the morning service. As the group of 17 parents and children stood in front of the church, each was presented a certificate and a Bible, and during a prayer of dedication, the grandparents were asked to stand as well.

Rangers Game/Youth Trip: On April 12 the youth will be going to a Rangers game. The following week will be a volleyball/ food fellowship. The burger bash several weeks ago went very well. The summer camp registration process is underway and the Wednesday Youth Night (from 6:30-7:30 p.m.) continues to grow. For further information on any youth activities, contact Luke Bilberry, WLBC's full-time Minister of Students.

Singin' Saintz: Forty members of the WLBC Senior Adult choir, left Monday on a chartered bus for the annual Senior Adult Choir Festival in Carrollton. This annual, overnight event, featuring performances by choirs throughout the state, is a well anticipated, rewarding time of ministry and fellowship.

Spring Softball: Monday night the Co-Rec team plays on Tyler Lindsey Field No. 4 at 6:30 and the men's team at 8:30 p.m.

Agape Class Fellowship: The Agape Class will hold a fellowship/eating time this Friday night in the fellowship hall.

Discipleship University: This has been an exciting and enriching spring semester of WLBC's DU - which currently offers four studies: "The Answers Academy (Creation Science Study); "He Speaks to Me" - Thursday night ladies study; "The Patriarchs " - ladies Beth Moore Study; and the "Crown Financial Biblical Financial Study."

"When We Can't Work it Out" - was the 5th and final message of the pastor's Sunday morning verse-by-verse teaching throughout the Book of Philemon entitled "We Can Work it Out." During Sunday's message, on the final two verses, we discussed how Christians are to approach situations in which conflict seems unresolvable, and unavoidable.
