Youth News: Luke took 27 WLBC students to the recent Rangers game and concert. Attendance continues to grow and enthusiasm continues to build for the Wednesday night youth services held at 6:30 p.m. Currently the youth building is undergoing renovations and improvements, and we're excited about the finished product!

Women's Fellowship: All ladies are invited to the food and fellowship and faith talk Tuesday, April 22 from 7:00-9:00pm in the fellowship hall. A nursery is provided.

Vacation Bible School: "The Jerusalem Marketplace" is the title of this year's VBS to be held July 14-18. Children will be immersed in the culture of Jerusalem during the days of Christ and have an opportunity to explore Bible culture traditions, create handmade projects, taste and smell Biblical foods, and build relationships with tribe members (from the 12 tribes of Israel). It's going to be a Great VBS. So make plans now to attend.

WMU Presentation: "The Baptist Witness Both Here and Abroad Program" will be presented by Linda McQuaid on Wednesday, April 30 from 10:00-11:00 a.m. in the Agape Room. Everyone is invited to attend.

"Ultimate Fishing IQ" is the title of the pastor's new Sunday morning sermon teaching series on the life of Andrew. Each Sunday, we'll test your fishing genius with questions and solid Biblical insights on our call to be fishers of men. Titles include: "Ultimate Fishing: Real Fishermen Don't ...," "The Ultimate Catch: Why Little Fish are the Big Catch," "Ultimate Strategies: Better Fishing for Life," "The Ultimate Tournament: Winning the Eternal Prize."

A God Without Rivals: With confusion and outright deception about the nature and character of God exploding rapidly in our culture, now more than ever, Christians must be able to explain and understand the true God of the Bible. Can God be anything we want him to be? Do all roads lead to God? In this new Sunday evening sermon series, we'll explore the Biblical explanation of who God really is and we'll discover that He is unchangeable, incomparable, and truly a God without rivals.

Softball: The co-ed team plays Monday night on Tyler Lindsey Field #5, at 6:30 p.m. and the men's team plays on Field #3 at 9:30 p.m.
