Virginia Ruth Perkins

Graveside services for Virginia Ruth Perkins, 80, of Chandler, were held Thursday, May 1, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. Officiating was Rev. Scott Brown.

Burial was in Italy Memorial Cemetery, Italy, Texas, under the direction of Chandler Memorial Funeral Home.

Mrs. Perkins was born July 16, 1927 in Italy, Texas. She passed away April 28, 2008 in Chandler.

She had lived in the Chandler area since 1978, was a member of West Lake Baptist Church of Chandler, and was a retired transportation manager.

Preceding her in death was her husband, Clifford W. Perkins in 2004. Survivors include daughters, Angelia Callman and Debbie Pecor and husband David; sister, Jo Ann Miles and husband Mardist; grandchildren, Jenna Brooke and Leslie Pecor.
