On 01-12-09, Henderson County Sheriff 's Department drug enforcement unit officer Collard presented an affidavit for a search warrant for a residence in Oak Harbor, Gun Barrel City, Texas. Upon review of said affidavit, Henderson County Justice of the Peace Precinct 6, Milton Adams a search war- rant.

Henderson County Drug Enforcement investigators Kenneth Collard and Ronny Halbert, assisted by Henderson County investigators Wick Gabbard, Michael Shelley, David Faught, Michael Teel, Captain Kay Langford, Sergeant Mitch Baker, Sheriff Ray Nutt, and Gun Barrel Police Chief Damon Boswell executed the warrant and seized approximately 12 grams suspected methamphetamine, a handgun, and a shotgun. Also seized was $1,020.00 in US currency. Suspect was transported to Henderson County Justice Center and charged with manufacture and delivery of controlled substance Penalty Group 1, over 4 grams less than 200 grams, and possession of fireissued arm by a felon.
