The Bears and the Bearettes posted defeats in Fairfield on Jan. 30th, with the boys losing by 18 and the girls by 15. It was a case of opposites for the two teams. The Bears saw the second and third quarters put them in a hole, while the Bearettes fell prey to first and fourth quarter blues. More ... Both of the A squads were defeated in action held the same day. The eighth grade Brownsboro B squad earned a 20-point win, 33-13 over Crockett. More ... Two Brownsboro boys athletes finished in the Top 2, while three girls scored in the Top 4, during weight class competition at the Brownsboro Invitational powerlifting meet held Saturday, Jan. 24th.
