On Tuesday, March 10, 2009, Henderson County Drug Enforcement Unit Investigators Ronny Halbert and David Faught conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in Seven Points, Texas. Investigators conducted a search of the vehicle operated by Jerry Culver and located a large quantity of methamphetamine and a pistol grip shotgun inside the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle, Culver, Jerry, W/M, 26, was arrested and transported to Henderson County Justice Center charged with Manufacture/ Delivery of a Controlled Substance Pg1.>4 grams<200 grams and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by Felon.

On March 11, 2009 Culver was arraigned by Justice of the Peace Pct. 1 Judge Henry Ashford. Judge Ashford set the Manufacture/ Delivery of a Controlled Substance bond at $100,000.00 and the Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon bond was set at $7,500.00.

On Tuesday, March 10, 2009 Henderson County Drug Enforcement Unit Ivestigators Ronny Halbert and David Faught conducted a traffic stop on FM 85. Investigators obtained consent to search the vehicle and located drug paraphernalia and a quantity of methamphetamine.

Investigators arrested Allen Reed, W/M, 42, for Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1>1g<4 g. Investigators also ran a check on Erica Jones, W/F, 19, which revealed two warrants. Jones had a Burglary of Habitation warrant and a Theft >$20,000<$100,000 warrant.

Justice of the Peace Pct. 1 Judge Henry Ashford arraigned Reed for the Possession of Controlled Substance charge. Bond was set at $25,000.00.
