Investigators also located containers which tested positive for the presence of ammonia and hydrochloric gas, both commonly used to manufacture methamphetamine.

Investigators arrested Riggs and transported him to Henderson County Justice Center charged with Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance over 200grams, under 400grams, a first degree felony.

On May 9, 2009, at approximately 10:43 p.m., Henderson County Deputies Duane Sanders, and Cliff Arnold responded to a report of a vehicle versus pedestrian accident at the intersection of Westwood Beach Drive and FM 315. During the investigation, deputies learned that the pedestrian might have been intentionally struck by the vehicle. The pedestrian was identified as 44- year-old Tommie Golightly of Tyler.

HCSO Investigator Bryan Tower was called to the scene and investigated the incident. During the investigation, Tower learned that there had been an argument between Golightly and Bartlett at the intersection of Westwood Beach and FM 315. The argument escalated and Bartlett drove his 2000 green Dodge Durango towards Golightly (who was in a parking lot area), striking him with the front of the Durango. Bartlett then left the scene and was located inside Westwood Beach by Deputy Arnold. Golightly was transported to ETMC in Tyler by helicopter.

The driver of the Durango was identified as Timothy Lee Bartlett, W/M, 40 years of age, of Chandler. Bartlett was interviewed and arrested by Investigator Tower at his residence in Westwood Beach. Deputy Sanders transported Bartlett to the Henderson County Justice Center charged with Aggravated Assault (serious bodily injury / deadly weapon), a second degree felony. Bartlett's bond was set at $12,500. Golightly was in stable condition at the time of this release.
