Lexa Belle Richardson
Funeral services for Lexa Belle Richardson, age 94, of Brownsboro were held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at First United Methodist Church of Brownsboro with Rev. Gary White officiating. Burial followed at Leagueville Cemetery under the direction of Burks Walker Tippit Funeral Home. Mrs. Richardson died May 9, 2009 in a Tyler Hospice.
She was born March 19, 1915 in Tyler to the late William "Willie" Washington and Margaret Missouri McAfee Parker. She was a housewife, a member of First United Methodist Church of Brownsboro and had worked for Brownsboro ISD. Mrs. Richardson loved to paint and crochet. She is preceded in death by first husband Armel "Chili" Adair and second husband Hamlett Richardson, and grandson, Steve Crouch, Jr.
Mrs. Richardson is survived by daughters and son-inlaw, Claudia Crouch and Linda and Kenneth Ray McCall, all of Brownsboro; brother, William Washington Parker Jr. of Phoenix, Arizona; sister, Billie Ruth Michael of Portland, Oregon; seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
