Murchison Reunion

The Murchison Reunion will be from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 30, at the Murchison school cafeteria.

Music will be provided by the Larry Everett Group.

Rockhill set for May 24 concert

The Rockhill Baptist Church will host a concert at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, May 24, at the church, 10768 CR 3405 (off Highway 31).

Music will be provided by Cross Point of Bryant, Ark. The program will honor veterans.

Youth football, cheerleader group elections

The annual election meeting for the Chandler-Brownsboro Bears Youth Football and Cheerleader Association will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 23, at the Faith Baptist Church Fellowship Hall in Chandler.

Northcreek sets H.O.A. sale

Northcreek Homeowners Association Third Annual Neighborhood yard sale will be held from 8 a.m. until noon, on Saturday, June 6. The subdivision is located three-quarters of a mile north of Chandler on FM 314.

Rabies clinic coming May 30

A rabies clinic will be held from 10 a.m. until noon on Saturday, May 30th on FM 314 Norht in Brownsboro.

The rabies shots will be $9 and will be given by Dr. James Gibbs.

Athens Riding Club series starts June 2

Athens Riding Club Summer Buckle Series begins Tuesday, June 2, 2009, at 7:00 p.m. and meets every Tuesday evening through July 28, 2009. Ribbons are awarded each night. Buckles and prizes will be awarded July 28.
