Forest Grove has singing set for this Sunday

Forest Grove Baptist Church will have a Fifth Sunday Singing at 6 p.m. Sunday, May 31.

Featured artist will be East Texas recording artist Monnie Pilgrim. Everyone is invited to attend. Admission is free (a love offering will be taken). Bring an instrument or trac and come sing or just relax and enjoy an evening of great music and fellowship.

VBS set for Calvary Baptist June 8-12

Cavalry Baptist Church will sponsor the Boomerang Express for an Outback Vacation Bible School adventure from 6 to 8:30 p.m. each day June 8-12 at Calvary Baptist Church in Brownsboro.

The VBS will be for Pre-K through sixth grade.

Murchison reunion is this Saturday

The Murchison Reunion will be from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 30, at the Murchison school cafeteria.

Music will be provided by the Larry Everett Group.

Music at Parkside Shores

Music Nite at Parkside Shores will host country, gospel and 1950s music with the ET Backroads Band from 6 to 8 p.m., every first and third Monday at the Clubhouse.

Rabies Clinic is set for Saturday

A rabies clinic will be from 10 a.m. until noon Saturday, May 30 at New Hope Methodist Church on F.M. 314 North in Brownsboro.

The rabies shots will be $9 apiece and will be administered by Dr. James Gibbs.

N.H.A. holding yard sale

Northcreek Homeowners Association Third Annual Neighborhood yard sale will be held from 8 a.m. until noon, on Saturday, June 6. The subdivision is located three-quarters of a mile north of Chandler on FM 314.
