The Brownsboro Athletic Booster Club is scheduled to meet Monday at 7 p.m., at the Brownsboro High School gym.

It is the first membership meeting of the year.

Orientation for ninthgraders at Brownsboro High School is scheduled for Aug. 13, at 7 p.m., at the gym.

PARKSIDE SHORES

Parkside Shores will host Music Night with country, gospel and 1950s format with the ET Backroads Band, from 6 to 8:30 p.m., every first and third Monday of the month at the Clubhouse.

The performance will be open to the public, and will include free food.

TOUCHED BY SUICIDE

A Touched by Suicide meeting is scheduled for Aug. 11, from 6:30- 8 p.m., at the East Texas Center for Independent Living, 4713 Troup Highway in Tyler, about one mile south of Loop 323 in the Highland Shopping Center.

Touched by Suicide is a peer support meeting for anyone who has lost a loved one to suicide.
