We here at Parkside Shores on FM 315 south of the light in Chandler will be expecting everyone for its luau around 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Aug. 15, at the clubhouse for all the activities.

Delicious food will be served with drinks and desserts.

Games for all ages will be available, as well as drawings, a dunking booth, raffles and even a few surprise guests.

A Hula contest is on tap for the girls, and for the fellas, a leg contest. Prizes will be awarded.

We also have booths available if you have something you want to sell: inside with air conditioning, $20; and $10 for outside. Electricity is available if needed.

So tell everybody! Bring all your friends and family. It's going to be a great day at Parkside Shores. We want to see you there!
