Regarding an article in the Sunday, Sept. 13, issue of the Tyler paper, I want to say: Christians, wake up!

The state Board of Education now proposes to remove a mention of Christmas from a sixth-grade curriculum, replacing it with a Hindu festival.

This is outrageous and we should do all we can to stop this attack against our Christianity.
