The Henderson County Cattle Baron's Ball is scheduled for Sept. 25, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Athens Country Club.

FRANKSTON RIDING CLUB

Frankston Riding Club is scheduled to host its halloween bash Oct. 31, at 2 p.m.

Frankston Riding Club is on State Highway 155, next to Beacon Chevrolet.

Participants are divided into four age groups: 8 and under, 9-12, 13-17, and 18 and over, and are asked to bring one bag of candy and to wear constumes.

An entry fee applies.
