The Chandler Masonic Lodge 993 will raffle 200 tickets Saturday at Pow Wow at Winchester Park for a Colt M4 Carbine .22-caliber rifle.

The winner, after an Oct. 19 drawing, will receive a gift certificate to be redeemed at Noonday Gun Trader on State Highway 155 South in Tyler for the gun.

Proceeds will benefit a scholarship for a student in the Brownsboro Independent School District.
