Dunklin Services for Mrs. Pauline “Polly” Reed Dunklin, 82, of Chandler, were held Saturday, Jan. 30, 2010, at 2 p.m., at the First United Methodist Church of Chandler.

Revs. Jeff McDonald, Gary Fitzgerald and Randy Fitzgerald officiated.

Burial was in Frankston City Cemetery under direction of Chandler Memorial Funeral Home.

Mrs. Dunklin passed away on Jan. 27, 2010, in Tyler.

She was born Jan. 19, 1928, in Morris County, Texas.

She attended Frankston High School and East Texas State College.

She had been a resident of the Chandler area since 1985.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and served as secretary of the church.

Preceding her in death was her husband of 52 years, Billy Jack Dunklin; parents Barney and Ethel Reed; brother, Barney Ray Reed; sisters Elizabeth Costlow, Faye Warrington and Vilois Dickerson.

Survivors include sons, Jim Dunklin and wife Mary of Brownsboro; Mike Dunklin and wife Pat of Bullard; sister, Joyce Davis of Irving; 7 grandchildren, Jena Carolan, Michelle Peppler, Jennifer Dunklin, Jessica Dunklin, Stephen Dunklin, Daniel Dunklin and Jay Dunklin; 4 greatgrandchildren, Madison Dunklin, Cassidy Carolan, Ashlyn Peppler and Chloe Carolan.
