The Brownsboro High School golf team finished third in the Brook Hill Classic tournament, held at Eagle’s Bluff Country Club last week.

Trey Volentine finished first in the individual competition, shooting a 73 for his round and a six-shot win over second place finisher, Cory Carrington of Troup.

Team scores were: Cody Shelton, 90; Jeff Smiley, 97; Jeremy Miller, 99; and Tanner Smith, 104. The combined team score was 359.
