Agenda

G. Regular session: Subjects to be discussed or upon which any formal action may be taken are as follows:

1. Consider and act on repairing roof damage at Chandler Public Library on 900 State Highway 31 East.

Moffeit reported the library has been encountering leaks in the roof this Spring. The city had the roof inspected and it was determined it had substantial damage from hail.

TML, the city’s insurance, agreed the roof needed to be repaired. The estimated cost is $11,499.04; the city has a $1,000 deductible policy.

Upon conclusion of this discussion, Barbara Reeves made a motion to have the roof repaired, Crawford seconded the motion, and the vote was unanimous.

H. Consent Agenda: All matters listed under “Consent Agenda” are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will not be separate discussion of these items. If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the consent agenda and will be considered separately.

Consider approving:

a. Minutes as written for regular council meeting of Feb. 9

b. Minutes as written for special council meeting of Feb. 16

c. February financial reports

d. February police report

No questions were presented on the consent agenda.

I made a motion to approve the consent agenda, Crawford seconded the motion, and the vote was unanimous.

I. We adjourned at 7:15. Counil meeting starts at 7 on the second Tuesday.
