The Brownsboro Bears continued their 2010 District 20-3A season undefeated, posting two wins during last week’s contest.
They took the two victories by a combined score of 34-8, downing both Crockett and Palestine in games ended by the 10-run rule after five innings of play.
Lots of offense, and lots of it early, fueled the week as the Bears finally came home (for one of the two games) for their first game of the season held on campus.

The Bears broke quickly out of the gate, scoring eight runs in the first inning and batting around the order. It was an offensive explosion that answered a one-run, top-of-the-first inning by Palestine.
And the onslaught continued, with the Bears scoring three in the second and seven in the third innings as they put the Wildcats away decisively.
