Kindergarten pre-registration for Brownsboro and Chandler Elementary schools is scheduled for May 4-5, from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., at each of the campuses.

To be eligible for kindergarten classes, students must:

•Live in the Brownsboro Independent School District.

•Be 5 years old on or before Sept. 1, 2010.

Parents must bring the following to registration:

•A certified copy of the child’s birth certificate.

•A current immunization record according to the Texas state requirements for school enrollment.

•The child’s social security card.

•Proof of residence with a 911 physical address (electric, phone, water bill)

•Driver’s license of person enrolling student

All of the above information must be on file with the schools’ offices before Aug. 23 for students to attend school for the 2010-2011 year.
