Flooding


Westbound and eastbound lanes of State Highway 31 near Spur 364 in West Tyler are under water June 10 as traffic stalls in both directions. According to the National Weather Service, almost nine inches of rain were recorded in the area between June 9 and June 10. Several roads were reported impassable in Smith and Henderson counties, and Chandler City Hall flooded. No injuries or deaths were reported.
