Commit to pray for government officials
I am comitting to pray for 140 days for our government, along with Charles Stanley and the In Touch Ministry.
Our Sunday School class made a comittment to do so on July 4. I am not happy at all with the direction America is taking.
I am not in favor of legalizing abortion, changing the definition of marriage, and allowing gender to be redefined.
I ask that all citizens consider making a pledge to pray, seek God’s face, and ask for forgiveness for our complacency and stand up and object to the government taking matters into their own hands.
Pray for courage to make more time for prayer and reflect on how we can make our voices heard in Washington, Austin and in Chandler. On Christ the solid rock I stand.
