TYLER — Alice Wilhoit, author of “Crazy Patchwork,” will offer a light-hearted trunk show to members of the Quilters’ Guild of East Texas on Thursday.

Meetings are scheduled for 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. at First Baptist Church-South Campus in Tyler.

Members who have taken classes from Wilhoit insists she will “keep you in stitches” as she shows her quilts and talks about her journey into quilt making, which began in 1987.

She has produced over 250 quilts, many of them of her own design. Many have won awards in quilt shows and festivals.

Her designs and patterns are sold in quilt shops around the country.

On Aug. 13, Wilhoit is scheduled to host a class on crazy quilting for the guild at the church.
