Garden homes and larger developments are on the horizon in Chandler but there will soon be a new duplex development on the west side of town. The Chandler City Council approved a 5.26-acre tract located north of West Main Street directly behind Ace Hardware to be developed into a 34-unit duplex apartment neighborhood.
